recentally in the Campign that i am running that i refer to as sand. i have introduced 2 maybe 3 new demigods.
here they are.
Sinkar
Lord of Pride, the boar god.
Fearunen demi deity.
Symbol: Small boar made of glass.
Home plane: Serothain
Alignment: Lawful neutral
Portfolio: Pride, Egosim.
Worshippers: Mercinaries, monks, fighters, bigots.
Clerical Alignments: LE, LG, LN
Domains: Strength, Knowladge, protection, Trickery.
Sinkar apperas as a boar that shifts in size from fine, to huge or colissial. but rearly dose so, perfering to be huge size. he has tusks and is compleatly made of class, perfect clear glass.
Sinkar was the deity of pride for the Serothain people before the comeing of the mulan and the deities they brought with them. he was a very proud god, and found glass to be the ultmate syomble of purity and perfection. As for those he was made at he would turn to glass and schatter, to syombalize there faulty perfection.
History/Relationships
in the Serothain pantheon Sinkar server under Tezeroth, but loathed his position under the god of life. so despite his distaste for his position he stayed in the position he was in. when the molhunanri gods came and the pantheons started to merge, it was Sinkar who was the first one to offically start the war, between the 2. Tezeroth did not aprove and refused to help Sinkar despite that he was in danger himself. Tezeroth thought that Sinkar was being Egotistical, and too prideful towards the new interloper deities. Tezeroth figured that this new culture would mix and all would be worked out. he was wrong, the interloper deities eventually crushed the Serothain pantheon, whille Sinkar was the first to attack and the last to fall, they all eventually were utterly killed or reduced to demigod status. Sinkar lives on, and has lived on in the now demiplane of Serothain spending his time in a suaute garder, filled with statures made of glass. some of these statues are accutally jsut statues, others are people who he felt tresspassed on his land and were deserveing of punishment, so he would turn them into glass so at least they could be closer to perfect.
clergy and temples
Sinkar is worshiped by people in the demiplane, and by a few cluts on the material plane. his clerics pray for spells at dusk, a time that sinkar thinks glass is the most betiful in beacuse it catches the light. his clerics were known as people that would not take any slights for anyone, offten being portraied as brutish.
Dogma
Be proud of who you are and respect yourself, and the respect of others will follow. nothing in the world matters unless it matters to do. hold yourself above others, for you are in controll of youself and are your own person and dont need to be what they others want you to be. do not let others demean you in anyway. be proud in word and deed, and Sinkar the god of pride will bless you with all the things life has to offer.
