The blessed cats are a little different from the normal housecat. They are more intelligent and much tougher. The difference is commonly blamed on certain cats being blessed by a higher power and becoming blessed cats, however the true reason is unknown. Blessed cats possess a higher intelligence which enables them to understand (to a point) language, however they don't speak a language of their own. Their meows are usually more direct then normal cats, a sign of their higher intelligence. They behave mostly as normal cats, and most creatures usually can't tell the difference.
Combat
Blessed Cats prefer to sneak up on their prey.
Skills: Blessed Cats have a +4 racial bonus on Climb, Hide, and Move Silently checks and a +8 racial bonus on Jump checks. Blessed Cats have a +8 racial bonus on Balance checks. Blessed cats have a +3 racial bonus on listen and spot checks. They use their Dexterity modifier instead of their Strength modifier for Climb and Jump checks.
*In areas of tall grass or heavy undergrowth, the Hide bonus rises to +8.
