Quick Reconnoiter [Complete Adventurer] Prerequisites: Listen 5 Ranks, Spot 5 Ranks You can make one Spot check and one Listen check each round as a Free Action.
My idea was to use this with Deft Strike [Draconomicon]. Prerequisite: Sneak Attack, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Spot 10 Ranks As a Standard Action, you can attempt to find a weak spot in a visible target’s armor with a Spot check (DC = target’s AC). If you succeed, your next attack (which must be made no later than the end of your next turn) ignores the target’s Armor and Natural Armor bonuses, as well as Enhancement bonuses to these. If you use a ranged attack, you must be within 30’ to gain the benefit of this feat.
Unfortunately George does not have sneak attack and skirmish does not count as sneak attack for the purposes of feat or prc prerequisites. One would also have to liberally interpret the wording of the feats so that you could use a free action to use Deft Strike.

Check this one out from page 78 of "Complete Scoundrel"
Improved Skirmish Prerequisite: Skirmish +2d6/ +1 AC Benefit: If you move at least 20ft away from where you started this turn, your damage from skirmish increases by 2d6 and your competence bonus to AC from skirmish increases by 2
Now, granted you have to move at least 20ft in order to get the bonus, it still seems a worthhile feat. It can be sleeted as one of your Scout Bomus feats.
