mangashare.com/ is still up. You cannot just browse the manga, but you can download a chapter and some of the scanlators let you browse. I used onemanga for a time and they're getting shut down. Hope mangashare stays up.

Yeah, mangashare and some other lesser knowns are still there, but the biggin's are all shutting down because they actually received letters from the mangaka's themselves.
That's actually kinda impressive if you stop to think about it. They were so pervasive on the Internet they received attention from people in other countries.

Seems even mangashare has stopped receiving new scanlations. I guess we will just have to buy our manga the old fashioned way.
