the unorganization in my domain has annoied me, heceforth i am doing some cleaning. espically of those things that are really out of date.
this resulted in me deleating some old outdated things and i shall repost the revelant information here.
the races topics were all so out of date and so much has changed since then so i am re-posting the updated versions here.

Shedora +2 wisdon -2 constition Medium size base speed: 30 Low light vision +2 Racial bonus on diplocamy, and sense motive cheaks. Once per day, they can use Guidance as a free action. Woodland stride: due to the shedora living for centures in the forested areas of there homeland they can move through forest at no reduced speed. Meditation dependence: the shedora must meditate on there dreams each morning after they wake up, or they can not use there guidance ability. The time required depends on the dream, at minium they meditate for 15 mineutres, sometimes there meditate for an hour or more. Favored Class: Druid
Karsinus -2 Str, -2 dex, -2 Con, +4 Int Medium Sized Base Speed of 20, swim speed of 30. +2 racial bonus on spellcraft, and knowledge arcana. Low light vision Amphibious: Karsinus have the aquatic subtype and the amphibious speical quality. They can breather wated and swim well underwater.
Sheoling +2 Str -2 Wis Medium Size Base Speed 30 Natural Weapons: 2 claws (1d4) +2 on all survival checks Human Blood: For all effects related to a race, an sheoling is considered a human. Sheolings are just as vulnerable to special effects that affest humans as humans are, and they can use magic items that are only usable by humans. Weapon proficenity: the Sheoling are proficient with the longspear, the shortspear, the battle axe, and the great axe.
The Rakaris (The Harbingers) +2 str, +2 Int, -2 wis Medisum size Base speed 30 Cold Fire and electricity resistance 5 Darkvision 60 feet Cause fear once a day, as a first level sorcerer. +2 on intimidate and bluff checks. Human Blood: For all effects related to a race, a Rakaris is considered a human. Rakaris are just as vulnerable to special effects that effect humans as humans are, and they can use magic items that are only usable by humans. LA +1
Royal Giant traits +6 str, -2 dex,+2 con, +2 int Giant: royal giants are creatures with the giant type Large: as large creatures royal giants take a -1 penalty to armor class, -1 penalty on all attack rolls. They also have a reach of 10 feet. Base speed 30 Darkvision 60 Natural Armor +2 Automatic languages: regional and giant Favored class: fighter Level adjustment+2
Mist Dancer +2 Cha, -2 Con Small-Size: As a small creature, a Mist Dancer gains a +1 size bonus to armor class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on hide cheaks, but he uses smaller weapons then humans use, and his lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of a medium Character. Land Speed 20 Feet +2 to Perform (Sing), and Perform (Dance) Spell-Like Abilities: 1/day obscureing mist, as the spell expect the caster must be in a forest area. The mist Dancer is considered a first level druid for the use of this spell.
