because i find it amusing, and the more and more japanese i learn, the more i find out that the names of things in the oriental adventures book are simply the japanese names for things.
i will go over some of them for you.
Nezumi: mouse,rat
Maho: Magic, Witchcraft
maho-tsukai: wizard, magician
Now onto Monster names
yuki-on-na: Snow Woman
Tako: octopus
Hebi-No-Onna: Snake Woman
Im sure there are others and i might one day get back to it.
Before you have problems with my translation, you should talk to the folks at random house, because i double checked in there japanese to english dictionary. i just felt it might be intresting.
