Extra Function point:
Prerequisites: must have 1 function point
Benefit: A mad scientist receives 1 extra function point per day. This does not effect the level of inventions you can create.
Create Blue prints:
Prerequisites: 3 function points
Benefits: You can write down the means to create an invention for other people to use. writing a blue prints takes 1 day per FP used. Any feats used while creating the invention are not included.
Advanced engineering:
Prerequisites: Intellegence 13, 4 function points a day. ability to invent without a blue print.
Benefit: choose a size catigory, that siza catagory may be created with up to an additional function point. For example: a tiny sized object can have up to 4 function points instead of 3. This feat may be taken multiple times, each time if for a diffrent size catigory.
Fundamental Design:
Prequisites: must beceable to create an invention without a blue print.
Benefits: Choose an idea, any invention using that idea is treated as if being one 1 fp higher.
