The Alorians are people of the sky, the first people who build their civilization on the clouds themselves. the Alorian Cloud Savant is the representation of the Alorians true power.
The Cloud Savant is the master of the clouds, they can shape, create and condence clouds into whatever they can imagine, a Cloud Savant is said to be near unbeatable in a feild of mist.
Cloud Savants are great scholarly mages and politians in Alorian society, held in the highest regards. In the rest of the worlds Cloud Savants are held as a bit of a mystery among the mage community, refusing to share their secrets of cloudstuff.

Class features-
Armor and weapons:
Cloud Savants gain no new armor or weapon profiecencies.
Obscuring mist: 3/day plus level a Cloud Savant may cast obscuring mist as a spell like ability. At level 6 obscuring mist turns into fog.
Quick cloud stuff : At first level a cloud savant may create simple objects, or to cover up to a meduim sized object with quick cloudstuff. to create an object they must succeed a the craft DC for that object. if succeed the object is created the next round. To cover an object it must not be in someones possession, to cover a person that person must fail a reflex save (DC 10+savant lvl) or be trapped within a ball of cloudstuff. while inside a person can move around and attempt to breakout. cloudstuff has a hardness of 10 and hp of 5. quick cloudstuff lasts one round per int modifier plus savant level. At level 5 they may cover up to a huge size object, at level 10 they can cover up to a collasal object. Each advancement they hardness increases by 10 and the hp by 5
Manipulate cloud:
A cloud savant can move, shape and disapate clouds by simple consentration. If another cloud savant is attempting to manipulate the same cloud each caster must make an opposed rolls (D20+savant level). At level 4 a cloud savant may attempt the same action with cloudstuff.
Summon guardian:
At level 3 a cloud savant can summon a monster made of cloud as protection. A cloud savant may summon any medium sized or smaller animal that remains completely loyal to her every whim. This creature also has every benifit of the cloud template. At level 7 they may summon up to a large sized monster.
Hold person:
At level 5 a cloud savant may restrain a person with cloudstuff. When a cloud savant succesefully surronds a creature with cloudstuff they may also use the cloudstuff to hold that creature completely still. Each round the creature may attempt to break free by rolling a strength check against the cloud savants level.
See threw cloud:
At level 6 a cloud savant can see threw cloud with normal vision.
Feel cloud:
At level 8 a cloud savant becomes so intuned with the water vapors in the air around her, she can feel anything that moves.
A cloud savant gains blind sight when within a cloud up to 30ft.
Crush:
At level 9 when a cloud savant is restraining a person with cloudstuff they may force the cloud to crush the creature dealing 5D6 points of damage per round.
Cloud form:
At level 10 a cloud savant becomes one with the clouds. She may turn herself into a cloud elemental at will for up to 10 rounds a day.
