Frell clan focus feats

Ok folks, history time. The Frell weren't the bizarre tiny frog people they are today. Many thousands of years ago there was only a single Frell clan that was created long ago to protect the azure gates. These Frell had the abilities of all the Frell clans and were medium sized, they were still pretty bizarre.
Frell clan focus feats are feats that allow a Frell's clan ability to be stronger, and will be the prerequisites for taking this new prestige class which I'm calling the Frell Gate Master.

Gomog clan focus:

Longer tongue-
Benefits Your tongues range doubles in size.
Rolling tongue-
Prerequisites: Longer tongue
Benefits:You are proficient with holding objects in your tongue. As a move equivalent action you can put a light piercing weapon on your tongue and attack an enemy at your maximum range incriminate at a -1 penalty.

Sopion clan

Increased poison-
Benefits: Your poison becomes more powerful, the DC increased by +2
Poisonous spore-
Prerequisites: Increased poison
Benefits: When using your poison ability you may instead release your poison into the air around you. Your poison effects everything within 5ft.

Bomp clan-
Forward blast-
benifits: when you use your sonic blast you may do so in a 20ft cone instead of a radius attack.
Knock down blast-
preqs: forward attack
Benefits: when using a sonic blast with in a cone anyone caught in the blast must make a strength check (DC 15) or be knocked prone.

Morgus-
Camouflage-
Benifits: When wearing no armor and basic clothing a character may blend into a background when sitting perfectly still and receives a +5 (or maybe +10?) to hide check
powerful suction cups-
Benifits: You receive a +2 strength check to being moved.

Rather then increasing DC with Increased poison perhaps it should add 1 or 2 to the poison 'damage'

Also the Bomp clans Knock Down blast DC should be stat based so as not to become usless at higher levels. I know I am starting to sound like a broken record but that is the major problem with having a set DC for offensive abilities. Set DCs are fine for craft skills and such but should not be applied to Racial or class abilities. Even though they don't come out and say it every special attack for monsters in the MM has a DC that increases either with a stat or with HD.

Ok first: lemme thank you for being the only person to call the clans by their names. Everyone else who talks about the Frell call them "the poison ones" or "the ones that can walk on walls" its actually awesome.
Ive been debating that myself. The problem is with basing DC off of HD or con is that you get a bunch of people who call it over powered.
The problem I ran into originally when creating the Frell was that at early levels it was either too powerful or too weak if you based it on HD.
Say your level one, and the DC was 15+HD, thats DC 16, how many level one challenge could take that? but if I did say 10+HD (DC 11) that thats like shrugging off a cold.
As for basing it off con, there comes a point when it does start to lack.
I had actually based the DC off the average poison DC from the DMG.

Maybe I should just make it 15+con to give it a fighting chance.

Usually racial abilities have saving throws = to 10 + half hit dice +relevant stat usually con.
