The Frell are a peculiar race of frog like Fey that live in small curse-free communities on the surface.
Frell appear as Bi-pedal frogs around five feet tall with dragonfly wings on their back, this has earned then the nickname: Frog-Flies.
Frell are odd in that they have almost no cultural emphasis on gender. Each Frell is either male or female but no outward difference can be told between the two, in fact in a Frell community a Frell may change genders if there is a lack of either sex within the group. Frell themselves are only vaguely aware of their own gender, their language only possesses a single genderless pronoun, because of this most other races find this incredible strange and often try to ignore this fact, Frell will often answer to either male or female pronouns and even adopt minor feminine or masculine traits if they live within a none-Frell society.
Frell are friendly but weird, often expressing friendship to others by offering small tokens like skinny objects or food.
Frell get along with Mareltru the best because they share a similar diet of Moss and insects.
People who are open minded often make good friends with a Frell and have noted they are excellent traveling companions because of their natural versatility and strong sense of companionship, a Frell is almost never seen traveling alone unless there is a reason.
Frell are sometimes distrusted in the world because of their outlook on gender, most people simple avoid contact with Frell but Frell related violence is not unheard of.

Gliding: A Frell can flutter its wings to glide, negating damage from a fall from any height. A Frell can travel 20 feet for every 5 feet of decent, a Frell glides at a speed of 60 feet (Average maneuverability) A Frell may use their wings to fly within a a Wind Conduit without a wind ship, while using their wings they recieve a +5 pilot bonus.
Hold breath: A Frell can hold their breath x4 their con modifier
+5 to jump checks.
+2 to survival checks
Automatic languages: Common and Croak.

Each Frell is from a separate clan giving them each separate abilities. A clan is chosen at first level and cannot be changed.
Gomog, The tongue lashers:
Your tongue becomes a ranged melee weapon. Your tongue is considered a natural weapon (D3 x2 crit) and has a range of 10 feet. You may use your tongue to disarm others, you gain a +2 on any disarm check, if your tongue is out you may not talk or cast spells.
Sopion, The Poison backs:
Your skin can secrete a poison known as Frell slime as a free action 3+con modifier a day. You can either use this in a grapple or try to attempt a melee touch attack. Fort save of 16, initial damage D6 con secondary unconsciousness. You may also bottle the poison or apply it to your weapon but the poison looses potency 24 hours after it was secreted. You are also immune to Frell Slime.
Bomp, The Thunder clappers:
Once per day + con you may create a loud defining noise from your throat. All creatures within 30 feet must make a will save (10+ ½ level) or be stunned for D4 rounds and deafened, anyone who makes the save is still stunned, you are immune to your own noise.
