Well, let me know if any of the computations is off or if they are too powerful for the given price. I think the boots are a little.
Belt of the Giant Effect: +4 enhancement bonus to strength and thrice per day, upon command word, can become large size as the spell for 10 minutes 3 times per day.
Moderate Transmutation; Caster level 3rd; Craft Wondrous Item; Bull's Strength, Enlarge Person; Price 18,160 gp
+4 STR ( 4 * 4 ) * 1,000 = 16,000 gp Enlarge Person 1 * 3 * 1,800 = 5,400 gp ---3 charges per day 5,400 / ( 5 / 3 ) = 3,240 gp ---multiple abilities 3,240 * 150% = 4,860 gp base price = 20,860 gp xp cost = 834.4 xp cost to create = 10,430 gp
What would the caster level be on the item?

Boots of the Tiger Effect: Full attack after a charge.
Moderate Transmutation; Caster level 4 (Ranger) or Caster level 3 (Druid); Craft Wondrous Item; Lion's Charge; Price 8,640 gp (Ranger) or 9,720 gp (Druid)
Ranger Calculation (Caster level 4 and 2nd level spell) Lion's Charge 2 * 4 * 1,800 = 14,400 gp ---3 charges per day 14,400 / ( 5 / 3 ) = 8,640 gp base price = 8,640 gp xp cost 8,640 / 25 = 345.6 xp cost to create 8,640 / 2 = 4,320 gp
Druid Calculation (Caster level 5 and 3rd level spell) Lions Charge 3 * 5 * 1,800 = 27,000 gp ---3 charges per day 27,000 / ( 5 / 3 ) = 16,200 gp base price = 16,200 gp xp cost 16,200 / 25 = 648 xp cost to create 16,200 / 2 = 8,100 gp
edit: Calculations were incorrect, wrong caster levels, and added druid calculation.

Sorry, edit for boots of the cat to "3 times/day" and added "(continuous)" to boots of the mongoose to rectify those mistakes. So you don't think they are overpriced/underpriced, need better names, better abilities, etc.

there is already a belt that can enlarge person 1 per day in the MIC (Magic Item Compendium) if you add on the strength bonus of +4 it gets you a base of 34000 or 35000 (because you are taking the bonus of 4 squared times 1000 and then for multiple abilities you double the most expensive thing which is usually gonna be the ability mod for a total of 32000 for adding anything to a +4 stat item). if you increase the charges per day to 3 you increase the price. A + 4 mod strength with enlage person at minimum caster thrice per day would be 34880.
even with your +2 str belt you would double the 4000 stat mod not the cheapest which it looks like is what you did on your belt . your belt of the giant would come out cost wise to have a base of 10880

I was using the SRD online. The SRD says the ability with the lower cost is multiplied by 1.5.
Checked the errata of the 3.5 DMG and it says the same thing.

Belt of Growth Effect: As by Enlarge Person for 10 minutes or until commanded to end.
Moderate transmutation; Caster level 10th; Craft Wondrous Item; Enlarge Person; Price 3,600 gp
Enlarge Person 1 * 10 * 1,800 = 18,000 gp ---1 charge per day 18,000 / 5 = 3,600 gp base price = 3,600 gp xp cost 3,600 / 25 = 144 xp cost to create 3,600 / 2 = 1,800 gp
The Belt of Growth in the Magic Item Compendium is very similar, but they reduced the price by 600 gp and the xp to create by 24 xp. Not sure why the caster level is set at 10. Anyone know why? If so it'd probably affect the other items I've created.
Given this item (changed from the MIC) and used to calculate version 2 of the Belt of the Giant. Also, I'm assuming it has to be a 10th level caster for some reason.
Belt of the Giant v2.0 Effect: +4 enhancement bonus to strength and thrice per day, upon command word, can become large size as the spell for 10 minutes 3 times per day.
Moderate Transmutation; Caster level 10th; Craft Wondrous Item; Bull's Strength, Enlarge Person; Price 32,200 gp
+4 STR ( 4 * 4 ) * 1,000 = 16,000 gp Enlarge Person 1 * 10 * 1,800 = 18,000 gp ---3 charges per day 18,000 / ( 5 / 3 ) = 10,800 gp ---multiple abilities 10,800 * 150% = 16,200 gp base price = 32,200 gp xp cost = 1288 xp cost to create = 16,100 gp
A large difference in price from version 1. All due to the caster level change.
