still a ways down the road but I may as well give ya some details
Starting level: 3
Point buy: 37 (don't think the dice liked ya as much this time but that is still over high power threashold, possible max was 54, I am insane I know

in addition to these things I grabed a couple of eberron books from half price books and as such am taking some things from that campaign specificaly action points, dragonshards and dragonmarks. may incorporate other things but this is a good staring point. These may seem like simple additions but Dragonmarks are rather involved and along with action points open up a plethora of feats
