In the center of amael is a single continent raised above the land into a massive platue.
The true nature of a marvel is unknown. the existence of the continent is widly held to have been created by the anceint magic empire Goetia since many of their ruins can be found today.
The platue today is now covered in thick, heavy forest and completly over run by monsters.
There are currently multiple settlements that have been able to exist on the land, several of these settlements are under the control of the evil empire Latillies. Many settlements are nothing more then small towns that exist in naturally protected area's such as caves or hills the larger settlements have massive walls and mercenary armies to protect their borders. All of these settlements exist for one single purpose: to gather materials to sell to people living in the air, although the Treen continent has always been a place of hiding for many bandits and outlaws.
Several years ago the Treen continent was subject to a massive war known now as "the War of the Rogues" where Latillies attempted to take control of all the smaller settlements but was defeated by a joint effort of all the smaller settlements as well as every outlaw that fleed to Treen.
