I found this in complete warrior and its similar to what Neal wanted so thought I'd share

Combat Insight
Preq: Combat Expertie, Epic Prowless, base attack+15
When using a melee weapon add your intelligence modifier rather then your strength modifier to the weapons damage rolls.

yes that is very similar, and sounds like a very good thing for an epic swashbuckler to take.

here is neils epic feat that i have doen in my book.

shatter the limit [Epic]
preg: Ki Strike (adamitine), Ki Strike (Epic), Improved Crit (unarmed strike), Wepon Focus (Unarmed Strike), Wis 23.
benefit: you add your wisdom modifier to attack and damage.

Archangel, snare the flesh suck dry the ebbing wound leave them lifeless and broken my beloved...
