After rereading the feat description of Melee Weapon Mastery I was in agreement with LordKain in that the feat does not stack with Weapon Focus and Specialization.

I was reading the 3.5 FAQ tonight and it says that Mastery does in fact stack (p. 36 of the FAQ) with Focus and Specialization.
