Alignment: divine magic is intuitive to a favored soul, not a matter of careful prayer. this intuitive nature leads to a freer interpretation of faith and doctrine, and so favored souls tend slightly toward chaos over law.
A favored soul is often of the same alignment as here deity, through some are one step away. For example a favored soul could serve a lawful good deity and be neutral good herself. A favored soul may not be neutral unless her deity is neutral.

so from the text i just showed you if can be shown that a favored soul of a lawful good god, can be one step away. chaotic good is in fact one step away from lawful good.

so jaro could be infact chaotic good and still worship his chaotic good god. but he isnt neutral good, ill say that much.

your right, i am mistaken. i just looked it up.

it looks like jaro is going to have to be a paladin, but thats okay he was going to be a paladin anyhow.

i made 2 different stats for jaro one with a paladin class the other with favored soul, the favored soul one (besides not working with the alignment i gave it) wasnt as good as the paladin one.

with this new revelation about clerical alignments im probbly going to have to re do some of the clerical alignment possibilities for some gods i made. it looks like i never understood that one step thing.
