The Magic Item Compendium has the offical 3.5 Ki Straps
Much as I suspected. The Straps cost 5,000gp, and add a +2 Enchantment bonus to the DC of your stuning fish attempts. Or anything that uses a stuning attempt.

stunning fish is a really good idea.....
ill keep it in mind, but the new ki straps make a lot of sense and are more balanced. +5 was a beefy ki strap.
