Never buy Heros Of Battle, just dont.
The book concept is cool enough, it talks all about mass army campains and things like that. It shows you how to make armies, sample armies and tons or spells, magic items, feats and prestege classes for big battles of awesomeness. Here is why its completly worthless: they dont have a massive battle system. The book has the potatos and the fixin's but they dont have the meat.
So Im going to return this useless book I bought and instead just use my own battle system.

the feild medic? come on you can think up a better name for a clerical based prestige class then that? try the hand of well being. or the will of ( insert healing gods name )

while we are talking about books that are worth the money required to get one.
heros of horror, is the most worth while book i have seen sinse the book of vila darkness.
i think that books that talk about bad guys, monsters, demons, and just general evil. are so much more useful then books that talk about anything else
