A military study has shown that many of fatalities suffered by american troops could have been prevented if they were wearing the latest body armor. (thats been availble sense 2000) It could have prevented up to 80% of the fatalities.

my faveroit part about that is how they obviously dont think the life of a soldier is worth the money required to put a little bit of extra armor on there suits.

i also heard another story about this, but a longer while ago. the one where soldiers were haveing to fasion armor for themselves beacuse they wernt given armor.

not that i am any great supporter of the war, but i would rather see troops giveing the tools they need to compleat there mission, then left with nothing in a dangerious place.

if we had done this right from the begining, we would already be out. i think.
