His name is Azimuth a Karsinus a race of amphibious humanoids.
His levels are Cleric3/Wiz3/True Necromancer14/Mystic Theauge4
He's casts as a 19th level caster in both arcane and divine. However practiced spell caster (taken twice) increases that 23 each. necromantic prowess adds another 4 caster levels for any necromancy spell.
I rebuke undead as a 25th level cleric and can control via rebuking 250HD of undead. Via animate dead I can control 216HD of zombies and skeletons.
My stats including racial, ability point and Inherent.

I spent nearly 200,000gp on scrolls for my spellbook.
One of my tricks is using a pair of items called Casting Gloves, they act exactly as gloves of storing except I need not call the stored item to my hand to activate it.
I keep a metamagic rod of quicken, lesser in one glove and metamagic maximize, greater.
The quicken rod's primary purpose is for the spell true strike to allow me to cast true strike and another touch spell in the same round.
The rod of maximization has its obvious applications.
I also possess a metamagic rod of extending greater. (extended time stop anyone?)
With my master of arcane and divine I can easily have a
contengency spell (with heal) on the ready.
Another trick is casting magic weapon on my defending mace and then devoting that new higher enchantment to my AC.
