Ok so I was trying to build this epic character
Wiz3/Clr3/True Necromancer 14/Mystic Theurge4 (The True Necromancer PrC has 14 levels, +12 to wizard and +12 to divine caster)
Now this gives me a 19 caster level in both caster areas.
Now i was trying to decided between epic spell casting and ignore material component. I couldn't have both as Ignore requires 25 ranks in spell craft (which I don't get until 22 level).
And epic spell casting requires I have 9th level spells. Which I wouldn't have until level 22.
The first solution was to take 9 levels in mystic and only 9 levels in true necromancer. But the true necro gets some nice class abilities and I wanted to avoid that even if it met giving up having one of those feats earlier.
But then I remembered the feat Precocious Apprentice, this feat only available as a 1st level wizard or sorcerer allows me to pick one second level spell that I can cast once a day. I pick command undead. (that later becomes a bonus 2nd level slot)
This means that at Wiz2/Clr3 I can take levels in true necromancer one level early.
After all 14 levels in the PrC (one again its a 14 level PrC not 10) I'm a effective 15th level cleric, 14th level wizard.
A 19th level character overall. I then take 2 levels in Mystic Theurge. Now at level 21 (when I get my first level feat. I'm Wiz2/Clr3/True Necro14/Mystic2 Or a 17th level caster in cleric and 16th in wizard.
As I can take a feat at the same time I gain the Preq. I manage to snag both Epic Spell Casting and Ignore Material Component.

Precocious Apprentice is a rather good feat, one of the two hardest to find feats in the compleat arcane. but yes that sounds like it would give you both of those feats.
lord kain i think you might be the first person done with your epic character

In the end I decided against epic spell casting anyway as the spells are to expensive even for level 24.

epic spell casting does cost a ton of money. while in comparsion Improved Spell Capacity costs nothing, and the not needing material component one saves a lot of money.

Improved Spell Capacity would only be useful if I have a lot of metamagic feats and I'd have to take it twice for it to apply to both classes. I think my epic feats will be Undead Mastery And Ignore Material Component.
But I must report with great sadness that the arcane verison of Genesis does not continue to advance beyond 180ft radius. It requries multiple castings to extend the size of the demi plane. Only the psionic power creates an ever expanding demiplane.

the Automatic metamagic series of epic feats sound fun too. All in the complete arcane. Spellcraft 30 would fulfill spellcaraft requierment for all 3 and come in Quicken still and silent flavors.
Other requierments are ability to cast 9th lv spells and the basic metamagic of the flavor you wish to make Automatic
the still and silent versions automaticaly affect your 0-3rd lv spells without increasing their spell level. Each time you take the feat it adds the next 3 levels
the quickened version starts off with just 0 and 1 (still a quickened magic missle followed by another spell is nothing to be sneezed at) and adds 1 level per extra time you take the feat
