After going over this and that in the stronghold builders guide. I've come to this conclusion. the cost to build a Balley Castile sized fortress like the on in Sword and Fist would cost the party 100,000gp.
The normal Ballley Castile costs 500,000gp for fancy furnishings, but ours will start the cheep keep way and we have a great deal of magical aid we get from the pixie, wizard and druid for free.
The current budget is 74,000gp.
Joel, Eric the treasure all from Rick's adventure came to 163,000gp each. Enjoy an donate some more.
